Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. A listing is one property. Additional listings are billed as used. Image slots are lifetime limits and are not restored when a photo is removed.
Questions agents actually ask
Does Sparkle change the property itself?
The AI model is instructed to preserve the exact camera position, crop, perspective, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors and permanent fixtures. It edits clutter, decor, loose furniture, marks, light and colour. Because generative edits can drift, review every result before publication.
Is this virtual staging?
No. Sparkle will not furnish an empty room or add furniture that was never there. It cleans and corrects the photograph you actually took. If you need a vacant property furnished, you want a virtual staging service instead.
Can I use the edited photos on the MLS?
Sparkle leaves the structure and geometry of the property unaltered, which is the usual concern behind those rules. Disclosure requirements for edited photography still vary by MLS and jurisdiction, so check your local rules. Treat this as guidance rather than legal advice.
What can I upload, and what do I get back?
JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF, up to 4 MB each. You can select several photos; Sparkle uploads them securely one by one. Panoramas wider than a 3:1 ratio are not supported. Enhanced photos come back as WebP: Preview quality up to 720 px on Free, or High quality up to 2048 px after a €5 unlock or with a paid plan.
How long does a listing take?
Minutes per photo, rather than the day or more a manual editing service needs. You can queue a whole listing and come back to it.
What exactly is in the free plan?
One listing per calendar month, Preview quality exports up to 720 px, and a Sparkle watermark. You can unlock that listing in High quality without a watermark for a one-time €5 purchase. No credit card is required to start.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing portal. Pro and Agency run month to month. Each plan includes a listing allowance; only additional listings are billed as used.
How does custom agency branding work?
Agency exports have no watermark by default. In Settings, upload your logo, place it in a corner or the centre, adjust its size and opacity, and optionally turn it white. The logo is applied to future enhanced photos. Free exports use the Sparkle watermark until the listing is unlocked, while Pro exports stay watermark-free.
