The AI will be instructed to preserve the architecture, openings and room proportions. Compare each result with your original; exact geometry is not guaranteed.
Staged furniture is not part of the property. Label staged photos clearly and check your listing platform’s disclosure rules before publishing.

When does home staging launch?

Will virtual staging make my rooms look bigger than they are?
The AI will be asked to preserve the room’s proportions, openings and perspective. That is not a guarantee of exact dimensions: compare each result with your original before publishing.
Do I have to disclose a virtually staged photo?
Identify the photo as virtually staged and check your platform’s rules. The added furniture is a visual proposal and is not included in the property.
Can you stage a room that already has furniture?
You can try an existing furnished-room photo, but results will need checking. A separate option to empty the room before restyling it is not included in the planned launch.
How will home staging be priced?
Staging prices will be announced at launch. The prices currently shown on the site are for photo enhancement.
What can I use in the meantime?
