A proposal based on the existing room
The AI will be instructed to preserve the photographed space while changing the requested finishes and fittings. A photo cannot establish exact dimensions or structural feasibility.

Where a change would need structural work, the render is a proposal to price and check with a professional — never a confirmation that the work is possible.

A renovation image helps explain an idea to a buyer or contractor. It does not establish whether the work is feasible or what it will cost.
Not a structural survey
A render cannot tell you whether a wall can come down. Only someone qualified, on site, can.
Not architectural drawings
These are visualisations, not plans, and they carry no planning or building-control status.
Not a cost estimate
Nothing in a render prices the work. Treat it as the conversation starter for a quote, not a substitute for one.

Do I have to generate each stage in order?
No. The planned workflow lets you choose strip-out, layout, finishes, lighting or a complete proposal. Describe the work you want to see, then generate that stage.
What should I put in the renovation brief?
Describe the changes you want to see, such as light oak flooring, white cabinetry or new pendant lights. The brief guides the image; it does not calculate a budget or confirm the work is feasible.
How many proposals will each generation produce?
One image per generation.
Can I put a renovation render on a listing?
Where your market allows it, and only if you say plainly that it shows proposed work rather than the property as it stands. A render is not a survey, not a plan and not a quote. Check your local rules — this is guidance, not legal advice.
What can I use in the meantime?
Photo enhancement is available now. It adjusts light and colour and can remove clutter and visible marks. It does not offer renovation designs.
