Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. A listing is one property. Additional listings are billed as used. The photo limit counts every upload to a listing. Deleting a photo does not restore an upload slot.
What the automatic edit does
One treatment handles these adjustments on every photo. Individual edits cannot currently be switched on or off.

Reduce appliances, packaging and other clutter on worktops and shelves.
Dark and uneven rooms
Balance exposure to make dark areas of the room easier to see.
Colour casts
Mixed daylight and tungsten corrected, so white walls come back white instead of blue-grey or orange.
Visible wall marks and mould
Remove scuffs, damp marks and mould from the photo. This changes how the condition is shown; it does not repair the property.
Loose decor
Lamps, ornaments and stray furniture removed where they distract from the room.
Check the architecture and the condition shown
The AI is instructed to keep walls, windows, fixed fittings and room proportions in place. Compare the edited image with your original, which remains available.
Edits can hide visible defects, including mould and damp marks. They do not repair the property. Review every result and disclose edits as required by your listing platform and local rules. AI can also change details you intended to keep.

Photo enhancement questions
How long does a full listing take?
Allow a few minutes per photo. You can queue a gallery and return to review the finished images. The total time depends on the number of photos and processing demand.
Does it work on exteriors and gardens?
Yes. Sparkle can remove bins, cars and litter, tidy overgrowth and balance light and colour. Compare the building, garden and boundaries with your original before publishing.
What if I do not like the result?
You can generate another edit of the same uploaded photo without a separate retry fee or another upload slot. A successful retry replaces the previous edit, so download it first if you want to keep it. If the retry fails, the previous completed edit stays available. Your original is always kept.
Can I put my agency's logo on the exports?
On the Agency plan, yes. Upload your logo in Settings, choose a corner or the centre, and set its size and opacity. Pro exports carry no watermark at all; Free exports carry a Sparkle watermark until the listing is unlocked.
How is this priced against a retouching agency?
The price is per listing, within your plan’s photo allowance. Free includes 5 uploads; Pro includes 30 and Agency 50 per listing. On Pro or Agency, a gallery of 5 or 20 photos uses one listing. The €5 upgrade for a Free listing changes export quality, not the five-photo limit.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored against your listing so you can come back to them, and they are not sold or used to advertise other properties. The privacy policy sets out retention and your deletion rights in full.
Can I choose which edits to apply?
Not currently. Photo enhancement uses one automatic treatment, including clutter and visible-mark removal. If you need exposure correction while keeping every mark or object, this treatment may not suit the photo.
