What the edit changes
Sparkle edits the appearance of a photo. Compare the result with your original to check that it represents the property accurately.
Edits can hide visible defects, including mould and damp marks. They do not repair the property. Review every result and disclose edits as required by your listing platform and local rules. AI can also change details you intended to keep.

Does Sparkle change the property itself?
It changes the photo’s depiction of the property. The AI is asked to preserve architecture and proportions, but it can remove clutter, furniture, wall marks and mould. Those edits do not repair the underlying condition. Compare every result with your original before publishing.
Is this virtual staging?
Photo enhancement edits existing photos; it does not offer a choice of furniture or furnishing styles. Virtual home staging is a separate service in development.
Can I use the edited photos on the MLS?
Check your local listing platform’s rules and review each result before publication. Keeping the architecture in place does not by itself mean an edit meets every disclosure requirement.
What can I upload, and what do I get back?
JPEG, PNG, WebP and AVIF, up to 4 MB each. You can select several photos; Sparkle uploads them securely one by one. Panoramas wider than a 3:1 ratio are not supported. Enhanced photos come back as JPEG: Preview quality up to 720 px on Free, or High quality up to 2048 px after a €5 unlock or with a paid plan.
How long does a listing take?
Allow a few minutes per photo. A full listing takes longer depending on the number of images and processing demand.
What exactly is in the free plan?
One listing per calendar month with up to 5 photo uploads in total. Free exports are watermarked previews up to 720 px. A one-time €5 payment upgrades that listing’s exports to 2048 px without a watermark; it does not add photo slots. No credit card is required to start.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the billing portal. Pro and Agency run month to month. Each plan includes a listing allowance; only additional listings are billed as used.
How does custom agency branding work?
Agency exports have no watermark by default. In Settings, upload your logo, place it in a corner or the centre, adjust its size and opacity, and optionally turn it white. The logo is applied to future enhanced photos. Free exports use the Sparkle watermark until the listing is unlocked, while Pro exports stay watermark-free.
